Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

On the rare occasion that something goes sideways, we’ve got you:

  • You received the wrong item (oops — our mistake).
  • Your order arrives with a major defect we didn’t mention.

If this happens, don’t stress:

  2. Include your order number plus photos and details of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and get back to you by email with next steps.
